As usual, in between our major blog posts, we will bring you a simple update about what’s going on at Kennolyn.
- Many Day Camp families know Scott Ekin who has been working here for almost 10 years, leading Outdoor Adventure and many other programs. He is coming up a few days a week creating beautiful Outpost sites under the redwoods on our new adjoining property. It feels like every turn he takes he finds a special new spot.
- Dan is headed up to Huntington Lake this weekend and is excited to check in on the camp property. He can’t wait to snowboard at China Peak! He is also looking forward to having a camp info night this Sunday in Fresno. Let us know if you’d like the address!
- Gabriel on our Facilities team keeps finding amazing flowers popping up at my grandparent’s home at the Hilltop Hacienda. My grandmother ‘Aunt Marion’ loved flowers, so this brings back great memories of her. Between those flowers and the roses for Valentine’s (one of her favorite holidays), she is especially present with us this week.
